We are a team of specialists in the field of Coaching, Training, Yoga, Massage, Laughing yoga and Drumming.

We create specialised wellness packages for the specific needs of businesses and serve as a service provider for NGOs.

We believe that building sustainability, leadership and human values is the responsibility of every person and not just our Country’s leaders. 

Through our specialised projects we sow the seeds that grow leaders and the intrinsic qualities which nurtures self-motivation, a common humanity, serving all and growing a sustainable environment for all.

Our Specialised Project
YOUTH RISING – YES! In partnership with Laphumilanga

  • We will select and train 16 to 60 certified coaches
  • Certified Coaches coaching between 2000 to 9000 grade 12 learners
  • Support learners’ fund raising initiative for vouchers to support successful entry into first year tertiary institutions
  • Learners to contribute as volunteers or leaders in community projects

Yes to Life is a service provider to NGOs; offering Youth and Adult programs such as Life skills workshops and Leadership coaching, health and wellbeing which includes Yoga, Drumming, Coaching and Training, Mindfulness, Breath, Water, Sound (BWS) and Massage. Our programs bring about gentle lifestyle changes and assists in restoring the balance in our communities. The shift from looking outside and to others for success; but to a more sustainable and empowered ability of going within and building our own unique inner qualities that become our success.

THE YOUTH RISING   –   YES ! SCHOOL PROJECT

Through your financial support we will educate and train, confident, credible Youth Rising Coaches within the community.
We will provide them with the skills to attain inner resilience and leadership abilities that makes the difference in their own ‘backyard’.

We want to reach beyond the ‘entitlement’ mind set and instil the mental prowess for our youth to become creative thinkers, have the emotional intelligence to deal with life’s challenges and discover their own inner worth and value.
