Education, Early Childhood Development, July 14, 2020, 2:28 p.m.

INVITATION: From Covid-19 lockdown, to the life you love.

As lockdown lifts and we enter a new world, do you feel excited or apprehensive? How we live and work will never be the same again, and maybe it shouldn't.

Book your ticket on Quicket to participate in this inspirational conference for parents and active citizens.

It's time to get proactive, resourceful and creative. We'll be looking at changes in relationships, school and the broader community and spending 67 Madiba minutes thinking about a new world and what we do next.

Proceeds will support the reopening of ECD centres with PPE and training and the building of a Day Mothers' Network in response to the changing Early Childhood landscape post Covid-19.

67 minutes designing a life you love

"Action without vision is only passing time, vision without action is merely day-dreaming, but vision with action can change the world." - Nelson Mandela

Ayse (pronounced Eye-Shay) is one of Fast Company’s 100 Most Creative people and author of the book Design the Life You Love. Using Ayse’s proven Deconstruction:Reconstruction™ process, participants will rethink how we got here and redesign what we do next. If we consider Mandela's goal of a free, united South Africa, then spending 67 minutes to imagine a recovery that coheres around the values we think South Africa should represent is a worthy way of honouring his legacy.
