TRANSFORM LEADERS
Leadership transformation is a core focus of Unashamedly Ethical. The movement offers training and development programs designed to cultivate ethical leadership. By empowering leaders with the tools and knowledge to lead with integrity we ensure that ethical practices are embedded at all levels of leadership. These transformed leaders then become role models and advocates for ethical behavior within their organizations and communities.
GROW THE MOVEMENT RELATIONSHIP CAPITAL
Unashamedly Ethical focuses on building and nurturing strong relationships among individuals, organizations, and communities. By fostering a culture of trust and integrity, the movement enhances the social capital of its members, creating a supportive network that collaborates on shared goals and ethical practices. These relationships are pivotal in promoting a collective commitment to ethical behavior and mutual support, driving long-term sustainable growth and positive societal impact.
PRESENT FUNDABLE MODELS AND PROJECTS
Unashamedly Ethical identifies and develops fundable models and projects that align with its mission and values. These projects are designed to address specific ethical challenges and create measurable impact. By presenting these models to potential funders and partners, the movement can secure the necessary support to implement and scale its initiatives. These fundable projects demonstrate the practical application of ethical principles and their potential to drive positive societal change.

STORIES FROM OUR BRAZIL PARTNER
On Friday, August 2nd, Topo Leilões opened its doors for another "Meeting of Minds."
This event aimed to promote Topo Leilões as a company committed to our movement in the market, honor the owners, generate knowledge on relevant business topics, and introduce our movement to new participants.
On this occasion, Topo Leilões also began the celebration of its 13th anniversary in the market, and we had the honor of being part of this moment.
We received an excellent lecture on Estate and Succession Planning by Dr. Claudio Demeterco, who presented concepts, case studies, and clarified questions from the audience.
We extend our gratitude to the entrepreneurs Fernanda and Guilherme Toporoski, to all the participants, and to everyone who helped us celebrate Topo Leilões’ 13th anniversary with much learning, networking, and solidarity.
During the event, we held a charity auction with the company’s owner and auctioneer, Fernanda Toporoski. Thanks to you, we were able to raise funds for the Instituto Novas Histórias, which transforms lives through education. We give special thanks to the entrepreneur Luan Dias and his wife Nicoly Araújo from Helpmed Saude for their bid!
“Let’s stay firm in this movement, inspiring more and more leaders to follow the path of ethics and integrity.”
– Marceli Camargo, National Coordinator of Courageously Ethical.
